La Fondation des prix pour les médias canadiens félicite les 165 finalistes de la 6e édition annuelle des Prix d’excellence en publication numérique. 163 publications à travers le Canada étaient en compétition cette année, et les candidatures ont été évaluées par plus de 70 juges bénévoles dévoués.
La Fondation tiendra une célébration virtuelle le 11 juin à 16h HE, et dévoilera les lauréats en direct sur Facebook et sur son site web. Les gagnants de la médaille d’or dans les catégories de créateurs recevront une récompense de 500 $, en plus de leur prix.

- The Globe and Mail est finaliste dans 17 catégories variées, qui vont du prix du Meilleur essai personnel à celui de l’Innovation de l’année.

A successful fashion model, Merdan Ghappar, a member of China’s ethnic Muslim Uyghur community, was arrested and later found himself in a crowded holding facility, hooded and chained, in Xinjiang. He was later moved into “quarantine” and shackled to his bed. He managed to smuggle his phone in his clothing and send a video to his family and friends showing his shackles, his filthy room and how he was being subjected to “re-education” propaganda. He has since disappeared; his family wants the world to know what’s happening to the Uyghurs.

PRIX D’EXCELLENCE POUR LE LEADERSHIP
Après mûre réflexion, notre conseil d’administration a décidé de reporter la remise de ce prix prestigieux. Soyez assurés que les candidatures de 2020 seront automatiquement conservées et examinées pour la saison des prix 2021. Le lauréat sera alors présenté sur scène, lors d’une soirée tenue au printemps 2022. Cette décision a été difficile à prendre, mais nous nous réjouissons de remettre le Prix d’excellence pour le leadership lorsque l’industrie pourra se réunir et célébrer sans danger.
MODIFICATIONS ET AJOUTS AUX CONTRIBUTIONS
Si vous désirez apporter des modifications ou des ajouts aux différentes contributions, veuillez en envoyer les détails à info@digitalpublishingawards.ca avec comme sujet « DPA – Modification aux contributions. » La date limite de modification ou d’ajout aux contributions est le lundi 17 mai 2021 à minuit HE.
